About the Event

Kartier Conway is an entertainer, educator, activist and 7x Apollo winner. He has been dubbed the "Sammy Davis Jr. of Hip Hop" - recognizing his tap dancing skills and ability to connect with the youth. He teaches the art of tap dancing to students young and old. Kartier works with the organization "Guns Down, Life Up" to reduce gun violence in NYC neighborhoods.  Join Talent Ready as we get to know Kartier and the steps he has taken to success.
