Tangela Reid is a certified Senior Human Resources Business Partner with over 20 years of experience in the professional and financial services sectors, including 16 years of direct experience in recruiting, training, and talent development.

Drawing on her work across multiple global organizations, Tangela founded Talent Ready, LLC in 2018, a human resources consulting firm focused on helping individuals and organizations build sustainable, high-performing talent strategies. Fueled by a deep commitment to equity and access, she also created DIVIN (pronounced “Dive In”), a career development program designed to support individuals from underserved communities as they navigate and thrive in corporate environments.

Since launching Talent Ready, Tangela has helped professionals at all stages of their careers access life-changing opportunities through resume strategy, interview preparation, group and one-on-one coaching, and holistic career and life navigation support.

A skilled and engaging training facilitator, Tangela has designed and delivered customized leadership and workforce development programs for organizations seeking to empower their leaders, maximize employee potential, and retain top talent.

Outside of her professional work, Tangela enjoys spending time with her family—including her three children—volunteering in her community, painting, and embracing creative or adventurous experiences.
