Tangela Reid is a certified Senior Human Resources Business Partner. She has worked in the professional and financial services sector for over 20 years and has 16 years of direct recruiting and training experience.​

Armed with experience in talent acquisition, development and retention gained across multiple global firms, in 2018 she created Talent Ready, LLC, a human resources consulting company operating a full service career development  program - DIVIN (pronounced "Dive In").

Since 2018 she has been helping a wide range of individuals increase their chances of accessing life changing opportunities by providing guidance on their resumes, practicing interview skills or 1:1 coaching as they work to find balance in their personal and professional lives.

 

Tangela is a skilled training facilitator who has customized trainings for a number of organizations helping them to empower their leaders to gain more from their workforce and retain top talent.

In her leisure time you can find Tangela enjoying her family, including her three children, volunteering, painting, or enjoying daring or creative activities.
