DIVIN with us Today

Talent Ready is a Human Resources Consulting and Career Development company dedicated to the advancement of ethnically diverse individuals.

We provide coaching to those seeking guidance on achieving their personal and career goals. Companies can utilize our group and individual coaching services for Employee Resource Groups catering to ethnically diverse employees.

We specialize in preparing firms to include this population of talent into their companies by providing consultative advice on building diversity frameworks, training managers to welcome diversity through a number of leadership and diversity training options including unconscious bias training and inclusion training for performance.

The heart of our services sit in the development space where we provide career training, workshops and coaching (coined DIVIN) to students and aspiring professionals through our work with nonprofits, universities, middle schools and high schools.

Our offerings close the gaps of standard education by infusing career and life skills into the lives of our participants often resulting in access to opportunities they were previously excluded from and raising the trajectory of their socio-economic status.
